RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT
OF WITHDRAWAL

Expansiva Vision S.L. respects the right of withdrawal as regulated in the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

1. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the product to cancel the purchase contract without having to provide a reason.

The 14-day period begins the day after you receive the order.

2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

You may notify us of your decision to withdraw in any of the following ways:

• Calling +34 626 535 192

In your communication, you must clearly indicate:

• Your first and last name
• Order number
• Date of receipt of the product
• Your decision to withdraw from the contract

Sample text you can use (copy and paste if you wish):
“I hereby notify you that I am withdrawing from the purchase contract for the following product: [ product reference or name ], with order number [number]. Received on [date].
First and last name: [your information]
Address: [your address]
Date and signature: [date]”

3. Return Conditions

For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

• It must be in perfect condition, unused or with minimal use (only what is necessary to verify its nature and characteristics).
• It must retain its complete original packaging, labels, and accessories.
• It must not show obvious signs of prolonged use or excessive handling.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal is not accepted in the following cases (Art. 103 of the Consumer Protection Act):

• Customized products or those manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications.
• Products sealed for hygiene or health reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
• Products that are liable to deteriorate rapidly.
• Goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may mix with others.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Only in the case of a defective product or an error on our part will Terratachyon cover the shipping costs.

6. Refund

Once we receive the product and verify its condition: We will refund all payments received, including the original standard shipping costs.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we
receive the returned product.

It will be processed via the same payment method you used (Stripe, PayPal, or bank
transfer).

7. Defective Products – Warranty

If the product arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match what was ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

In these cases, we will cover the pickup and shipping costs and proceed with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Legal Warranty: All products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, not wear and tear from normal use or damage caused by misuse (impact, drops, etc.).
