Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions govern the purchase of products through the online store shop.terratachyon.com.

Products

We offer physical tachyonized products. The characteristics, price, and stock status of each product are indicated on its respective product page.

If a product is unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you alternatives or a refund.

Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices shown include VAT.

Shipping costs are calculated in the cart based on the destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Purchase Process

  1. Select products
  2. Add to cart
  3. Enter shipping and billing information
  4. Select payment method
  5. Order confirmation

The contract is finalized when you receive the order confirmation via email.

Payment methods

  • Credit/debit card via Stripe (secure).
  • PayPal.
  • Bank transfer (the order will be shipped after payment is confirmed).

Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made via MRW, DHL, or Correos. Estimated delivery times: 2–7 business days (mainland Spain). For international shipments, please check delivery times and costs.

Warranty

All products come with a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects in
accordance with current regulations.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, impacts, drops, or normal wear and tear.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The customer has the right of withdrawal as set forth in our Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may turn to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform
or the courts of Málaga.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by current Spanish law.
